The meeting will take place in Germany for the fourth time. All researchers and interested parties are invited to participate, either with a talk, poster or as audience. Topics include contributions to research on the Cave Bear (Ursus spelaeus) and related items. In addition to lectures and poster presentations, attractive excursions are scheduled. Lectures will be held in English. Immediately before the ICBS, the rem are hosting a lecture day in honour of researcher Karl Friedrich Schimper (1803-1867), who was born in Mannheim and – among other merits - first brought up the term “Eiszeit” in German research.
Further Information on the ICBS 2021 can be found here. Please note that participation is limited.
